The website www.smoothelys.com is operated by Smoothelys FZCO, a Dubai-based company specializing in the sale of cosmetic and wellness products shipped to France and the European Union.

🛍️ 2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the Smoothelys.com website, between the seller and any consumer purchasing a product for personal, non-professional purposes.

💳 3. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes.
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
Smoothelys reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the price applied at the time of purchase.

📦 4. Order

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer receives a confirmation email once the order has been validated.

🚚 5. Delivery

Products are delivered within an average of 6 to 15 working days depending on the destination.
Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Smoothelys cannot be held responsible for delays due to external causes (strikes, customs, carriers).

🔄 6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

The product must be returned:

  • Unused, unopened

  • In its original packaging,

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error or product defect.

💰 7. Refund

After receiving and verifying the product, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
Initial delivery charges are non-refundable except in the case of an error on our part.

⚠️ 8. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following are not affected:

  • Opened or used products,

  • Hygiene products,

  • Personalized products.
